Keratorefractive Services

At Divyadrishti Eye Centre, our keratorefractive services utilize the latest advancements in technology to provide precise and effective solutions for correcting refractive errors, ensuring optimal visual outcomes for our patients.

CONTOURA® Vision – Custom Topography Guided LASIK We offer CONTOURA® Vision, a revolutionary topography-guided LASIK procedure using the Wavelight EX 500, the world’s fastest excimer laser. This advanced technique customizes the laser treatment based on the unique topography of each patient’s cornea, correcting refractive errors with unparalleled precision. The result is enhanced visual clarity and improved quality of vision, often surpassing what was achievable with glasses or contact lenses.

Topography by WaveLight® Topolyzer™ VARIO Accurate corneal mapping is critical for successful refractive surgery. Our WaveLight® Topolyzer™ VARIO (Alcon, USA) provides detailed topographic maps of the cornea, allowing us to identify and address even subtle irregularities. This ensures that our LASIK treatments are highly personalized and effective.

Aberrometry by WaveLight® Analyzer II We use the WaveLight® Analyzer II (Alcon, USA) to perform aberrometry, which measures the eye’s wavefront aberrations. This sophisticated analysis enables us to understand and correct higher-order aberrations that standard procedures might miss, enhancing the overall quality of vision post-surgery.

Pachymetry Pachymetry is a critical diagnostic tool that measures the thickness of the cornea. This information is vital for determining the suitability of patients for LASIK and other refractive procedures, ensuring safety and effectiveness. Our precise pachymetry assessments help tailor our treatment plans to each patient’s unique corneal characteristics.

Specular Microscopy We utilize specular microscopy to evaluate the health of the corneal endothelium, the innermost layer of the cornea. This examination is crucial in assessing the cornea’s ability to maintain its clarity and function, especially in patients undergoing complex refractive surgeries.

Phakic IOL Implantation (ICL/IPCL) For patients who are not ideal candidates for LASIK or have higher degrees of refractive errors, we offer Phakic Intraocular Lens (IOL) implantation, including Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) and Implantable Phakic Contact Lens (IPCL). These lenses are implanted inside the eye, providing a reversible and effective solution for achieving clear vision without the need for corneal tissue removal.

At Divyadrishti Eye Centre, our keratorefractive services are designed to deliver the highest standards of care using the most advanced technology available. Our commitment to precision, safety, and personalized treatment ensures that each patient achieves the best possible visual outcomes.
